My goal as a Real Estate Professional is to provide complete real estate services for my buyers and sellers. PERSONAL
I have been married to a wonderful lady and my best friend for over 40 years. We have lived in Houston/Katy Area for over 45 years. We have three children and four grandchildren. Two of our children and their families live in the Greater Houston area and one lives in Greeley, Colorado.

BACKGROUND
My background includes working 40+ years for a large industrial contractor in the refining/petrochemical industry. Over the past 20 years I was Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President and President. We performed maintenance and turnarounds in most of the refineries and petrochemical plants in Texas and Louisiana.

MY PROFILE

ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) ~ To obtain this designation, a real estate professional must complete extensive class room training on Buyer Agency Practices and Procedures. This designation means I will give you the most thorough and comprehensive representation and help you find your new home at the most competitive price.

NHS (New Home Sales) ~ This designation is given to real estate professions who complete training in representing buyers who purchase new homes from builders. Your best price and your best selection will be when I help you locate your new home and negotiate the price.

CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) ~ What makes your home sell? CHMS training helps develop strategic marketing expertise that results in high listing and selling prices and reduced market time. I will incorporate the expert knowledge of buyers' behavior and the current market to develop a strategy to obtain the best possible price and reduced market time.

RELOCATION TEAM ~ I am a part of the Coldwell Banker United Realtors Relocation Team. As a member of this team, we help corporate employees who are moving into and out of the Houston area locate their home.
